Duties
Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
Assist guests with product demos, retail sales, and upselling of skincare and beauty products.
Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area following proper sanitation protocols.
Deliver exceptional guest services by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations.
Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, guest check-in/out, and answering client inquiries.
Conduct retail sales with a focus on enhancing guest experience through product knowledge and upselling techniques.
Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and recent treatments to promote ongoing wellness and beauty goals.
Qualifications
Esthetician experience of at least 1 year
Experience with body waxing, threading, makeup application, facials, or hair styling is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols in a spa or salon setting.
Ability to perform multiple treatments efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to educate guests about products and services.
Sales experience with a focus on retail upselling is a plus.
