Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Associate to join our dental team. This role provides essential administrative support within a busy family dental office, ensuring smooth daily operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong office experience, familiarity with electronic medical records, and excellent communication skills to serve as the CEO's representative. Duties
Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and taking messages as needed
Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow
Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations
Assist with treatment planning, billing, insurance verification, and training
Manage, train and support the clinical team
Handle administrative paperwork, including data entry, filing, and report generation
Ensure the reception area remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times
Qualifications
English proficiency
minimum of 2 years experience
Proven experience in a medical or dental office environment, with knowledge of paradigm
Strong understanding of dental terminology and healthcare administrative procedures
Demonstrated proficiency in office management skills, including multi-line phone systems and electronic recordkeeping
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—along with exceptional organizational abilities
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a quick-paced environment
Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and confidentiality standards
public speaking skills an asset

must be able to provide sensitive background check
