Job Summary
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of Frank's Bar & Grill, located at the Four Points By Sheraton. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food service industry and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The Restaurant Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience while driving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food preparation and presentation.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Address customer inquiries, complaints,



and feedback in a qualified manner.
Assist in creating menus and promotions that reflect current trends and customer preferences.

Experience
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
Experience in bartending or cooking is advantageous but not mandatory.
Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial reporting.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
Experience in interviewing potential candidates for various positions within the restaurant.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Must be legally able to work in Canada
French and English language an asset.
