One Fine Food is looking for an experienced cook to join our kitchen team.

We are a busy, from scratch kitchen featuring Italian cuisine with excellent attention to detail. Our menus feature wood fired pizzas and house made pastas.

Required attributes:
Capable of handling large volume services
Ability to work unsupervised while upholding high standards
Knowledge of Italian cuisine
Available to work days, evenings and weekends
3 years of kitchen experience or culinary training
Ability to work as a part of a small, very passionate team
Ability to thrive under pressure

Responsibilities:

Execution of daily menu features, ensuring mise en place is consistent and of the highest quality, cleanliness and maintenance of equipment and opening and closing of the kitchen.
