KD Pharma Canada, a global leader in highly purified marine lipids and Omega-3 manufacturing, is hiring Production Operators for our Mulgrave facility. As part of our production team, you’ll play a hands-on role in the safe and efficient manufacture of high-quality marine oil products used in health and wellness industries around the world.
This position operates on a rotational 12-hour shift schedule (days and nights) and offers the opportunity to grow your career in a purpose-driven, team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment and processes.
Complete accurate batch records and production logs.
Safely handle raw materials and apply operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor processes through control systems (HMI), instrumentation, and field checks.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Follow all safety, quality, and cGMP/GDP requirements.
Support training of new operators and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or experience is an asset.
1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
Knowledge of GMP/GDP and safety practices in a regulated environment.
Basic computer literacy and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in a production setting.
Solid teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Forklift experience is a plus.
