Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations within the assembly and production department
Lead and support production employees in meeting operational goals
Promote and enforce workplace health and safety procedures
Create work schedules and assign production tasks
Monitor workflow and ensure deadlines are achieved
Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
Support ISO and quality management procedures related to manufacturing operations
Participate in production meetings and provide status updates on projects
Assist with labour planning and manufacturing estimates
Coordinate hiring, training, performance management,
and staffing activities
Support overtime scheduling and production demands as required

Qualifications
Supervisory experience in manufacturing, assembly, or heavy equipment production
Skilled trade certification such as Millwright, Mechanic, or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of industrial or mechanical equipment manufacturing processes
Excellent leadership and team-building skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience maintaining quality and safety standards within manufacturing operations
Able to work overtime
