Duties
Lead and supervise a crew of maintenance staff to complete daily tasks efficiently and safely
Execute garden care projects including planting, pruning, mulching.
Monitor plant health and diagnose horticultural issues, applying best practices in gardening and horticulture
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies while maintaining high-quality standards
Provide training and guidance to crew members on landscape techniques,
equipment use, and safety procedures

Experience
Proven supervising experience in gardening, landscaping or horticulture environments
Solid knowledge landscape maintenance practices, and horticultural principles
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively
Familiarity with gardening tools, equipment operation, and safety protocols
Prior experience in supervising outdoor crews or managing landscape projects is highly desirable
