Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Tenure: Full-Time

Location: Caledon, ON

Pay Rate: $24.00/hr

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician (Scissor Lift) to support general maintenance, installations, and facility setup in a warehouse and office environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing maintenance tasks, installations, minor repairs, and facility improvements while following all workplace health and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Driving Scissor lift as needed
Install and assemble shelving, storage racks, office furniture, and fixtures.
Hang signage on walls, doors, racking, ceilings, and warehouse floor areas.
Mount TV screens, monitors, whiteboards, and other wall-mounted equipment.
Assist with warehouse and office setup, workstation moves, and reconfigurations.
Perform basic maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment and building structures.
Complete minor repairs, adjustments, and hardware replacements.
Safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scissor lifts.




Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facility areas.
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
Perform other maintenance and facility duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Must have experience driving scissor lift and valid license
Previous experience in handyman work, facilities maintenance, or warehouse maintenance is preferred.
Experience using hand and power tools is required.
Experience installing shelving, signage, and mounted equipment is an asset.
Previous experience operating a scissor lift is preferred; certification is an asset.
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Robust understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.
