Urgently hiring! Our Saskatoon-based mining client is urgently seeking a Team Lead to support their drilling programs. This is a 6-week, field-based opportunity in beautiful Northern Saskatchewan.

Compensation
Based on Experience

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage diamond core drilling rigs, ensuring secure and efficient operations
Borehole tracking and drillhole management using Leapfrog modelling software
Real-time geosteering and geological interpretation
Coordinate daily drilling activities and contractor performance
Provide technical guidance and support to field crews
Ensure drilling data quality, accuracy, and timely reporting
Monitor program progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and environmental requirements
Assist with drill targeting, planning, and execution of exploration objectives

Qualifications
Experience with exploration drilling programs in Oil and Gas and/or Mining




Experience leading a team in a field/remote setting
Based in Saskatoon or willing to travel to Saskatoon for transportation to site
