Mimico Cruising Club is looking for an experienced and dependable Line Cook to join our Food & Beverage team.

We are seeking someone who works well in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in food quality and presentation, and is a robust team player.

Position Details
Wage: $23.50 per hour
Location: Mimico Cruising Club, 200 Humber Bay Park Road West, Etobicoke
Position: Line Cook
Schedule: Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Environment: Club restaurant, banquets, weddings, special events, and high-volume summer service

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Work efficiently on assigned kitchen stations during busy service periods
Maintain consistent food quality, portioning, and presentation
Assist with food preparation and station setup
Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and health and safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Assist with receiving, storage,



and kitchen organization as required
Work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to provide excellent service

Qualifications
Previous line cook or qualified kitchen experience preferred
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Knowledge of safe food handling practices
Food Handler Certification is an asset
Must be available to work evenings and weekends
