Responsibilities
Communicate clearly with customers to confirm delivery details and provide excellent service
Handle cash or electronic payments accurately, providing receipts when necessary
Assist with the preparation of orders and maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicles
Manage heavy lifting tasks such as loading and unloading food items, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage
Maintain a clean driving record and report any vehicle issues or accidents immediately
Experience
Valid commercial driver’s license or equivalent driving certification preferred
Robust communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during deliveries and loading tasks
Experience in customer service roles that require explicit, friendly communication and problem-solving skills
Own car required.
