Customer Service Associate / Cashier

Duties:
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed

Qualifications:
Strong time management skills to ensure effective checkout process
Excellent organizational skills to maintain a clean and orderly work area
Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Basic math skills to calculate totals, discounts, and change
Robust communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members




Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
