We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor with great customer service skills and a positive attitude. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and managing the maintenance and repair needs of our valued customers.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide friendly and professional service
Actively listen to customers' concerns and document them in detail for efficient diagnose and repair
Offer repair and maintenance recommendations to customers
Provide accurate and timely estimates to customers
Schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of service work
Communicate with technicians to ensure the smooth operation of service repairs

Qualifications:
Positive and enthusiastic attitude
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and multi-task
Willingness to learn and be trained
Basic computer skills




Background in automotive is considered an asset
Reliable and punctual attendance
Some knowledge of the automotive industry
