We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dishwasher/Kitchen Assistant to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, hospitality, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Previous restaurant or hotel experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities
Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold cleanliness standards.
Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as prepping salads
Support the kitchen team in meal preparation and food handling to ensure timely service.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas to promote a safe and hygienic environment.
Follow all food safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures in accordance with health regulations.
Help with waste disposal, recycling,



and maintaining proper storage of food items.
Collaborate with staff to ensure efficient workflow during busy service periods.

Qualifications
Prior experience in a restaurant or food service workplace is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
Basic knowledge of cooking, food handling, and safety practices within the food industry.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving heavy items safely.
Robust attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
Willingness to follow instructions carefully and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
