Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments
Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly to maintain accurate financial records
Prepare and analyze account statements, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly
Maintain and update accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero to reflect current financial data
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accuracy in employee payments
Conduct account analysis and assist with budgeting activities to support financial planning
Perform month-end closing procedures,
including journal entries and financial reporting
Requirements
Proven experience with full-cycle bookkeeping or accounting roles in diverse business environments
Strong proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms
Solid understanding of accounting principles, payroll management, and financial reporting standards
Experience handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and account analysis
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively within a team setting
Nice-to-have skills include experience with budgeting processes and familiarity with various accounting software solutions
