Tasks
Lead the pharmacy team to expand the services we offer and provide exceptional patient care
Oversee human resource activities including scheduling, training, motivating staff and performance evaluation
Monitor inventory of medication and supplies
Ensure the dispensary complies with all provincial and federal pharmacy standards




Manage overall financial goals to ensure long term success
Collaborate with the front store to best serve our customers

Requirements
Pharmacist license in Canada (minimum 1 year)
Current drug injection license
Experience with Kroll is an asset
Previous experience with staff management is also an asset
