In this full time position, you will blend employer engagement with individual coaching, facilitating pathways for youth facing job barriers. You will build valuable partnerships with local businesses while assisting individuals with job applications, interview preparation, and skill development. Your work will champion inclusive workplace practices, ensuring support and opportunities for all.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with employers to identify hiring needs
• Conduct outreach for job opportunities and career fairs




• Provide coaching on inclusive hiring practices
• Assist individuals with job-related documents and interviews
• Ensure accurate documentation of participant experiences

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of post-secondary education preferred
• Experience in social services or advocacy
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean record
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
• Knowledge of tools like Microsoft Office
