In this full-time role, you will lead day-to-day FP&A; deliverables, focusing on variance analysis, budgeting, and financial forecasting. Your leadership will shape the development of FP&A; Analysts and streamline reporting processes, while your strategic input will support business initiatives and enhance financial planning with tools like OneStream.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee monthly and quarterly performance management reporting
• Manage two FP&A; Analysts, providing mentorship and guidance




• Implement standardized templates and review procedures for reports
• Facilitate Corporate Planning processes and financial reviews
• Provide backup for Treasury activities as needed

Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience in FP&A; or corporate finance
• At least 2 years’ experience managing finance teams
• Proven ability in developing executive-ready presentations
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• CPA designation or MBA necessary
