The Maintenance Worker is responsible for overseeing the Preventative Maintenance Program and ensuring all documentation is accurate. You will perform daily checks around the facility, prioritize repairs, and assist with the maintenance of equipment. Your role will also involve addressing safety concerns, from ice removal in winter to inspecting resident equipment upon move-in.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Preventative Maintenance Program and documentation
• Perform daily rounds to monitor facility condition




• Ensure safety of sidewalks and entry areas during winter
• Prioritize repairs and maintenance tasks
• Assist residents with furniture moving as needed

Requirements:
• High School diploma required
• Building maintenance experience preferred
