In this full time, permanent position, you will oversee Quantum’s IT infrastructure, cybersecurity strategies, and end-user support services. Your leadership will guide a team of IT professionals while managing vendor partnerships and ensuring high-quality IT service delivery. You will also be responsible for cloud operations and strategic IT initiatives, emphasizing performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Azure cloud infrastructure and disaster recovery
• Manage cybersecurity functions across multiple environments




• Lead a responsive IT support team across all locations
• Enhance ITSM practices and team development
• Support governance documentation and risk updates

Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years in IT, with 3+ in leadership roles
• Experience in hybrid cloud environments
• Extensive knowledge of Azure services and IT governance
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and practices
• Degree or equivalent certification in IT or related fields
