Located in St. Joseph's Health System, this full-time position involves working night shifts to provide care in the Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will work alongside a diverse team to ensure the best outcomes for patients in critical condition.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality care to pediatric cardiac patients
• Collaborate with cardiologists and surgical teams
• Ensure adherence to Medical Staff privileges
• Monitor patients closely during critical care
• Engage with family members to enhance care experience

Requirements:
• Master's in Nursing or Bachelor’s in Physician Assistant
• Valid Advanced Practice RN or PA License
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• 3 years of experience in critical care preferred
• Excellent communication and clinical skills
