Become an Inside Hydraulic and Pneumatic Technician with Motion Industries, handling repairs and performance tests of key fluid power components. This role is entirely based in our local shop, ensuring quality throughout.

Motion Industries is in search of a skilled Inside Fluid Power Technician to contribute to our service shop operations. You will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and assembly of various hydraulic components under the supervision of the Shop Supervisor. Use your technical expertise to maintain high performance and reliability in all repairs while ensuring accurate documentation and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Disassemble hydraulic components for thorough inspection
• Perform diagnostics using precision measuring tools




• Prepare job forms for quoting repairs
• Operate machinery for repairs and modifications
• Conduct performance testing on reassembled units

Requirements:
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree a plus
• Experience: 2-5 years in fluid power repair
• Must read hydraulic schematic drawings accurately
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy components
• Commitment to safety and following protocols
