Key Responsibilities:
• Manage escalation processes for timely resolutions and communication
• Facilitate collaboration with leadership and business units




• Identify trends in performance metrics to drive improvements
• Implement policies that enhance client service experiences
• Oversee governance and reporting initiatives for continuous progress

Requirements:
• 5+ years in leadership in client services or financial operations
• 3+ years guiding teams in operational service delivery
• Knowledge of GA, OA, MPS, and retirement environments
• Familiarity with operational reporting and monitoring systems
• Degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or equivalent
