Key Responsibilities:
• Improve estimating processes and governance continuously
• Validate labor, material, and overhead estimates




• Align resource plans with capital investments and schedules

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred
• 10-15 years in project controls within shipbuilding environments
• 5 years of management experience in leading teams
• Proven experience supporting bids and contract changes
• Familiarity with defense and marine project requirements
