Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring safety, enforcing rules, and providing comprehensive swim instruction tailored to different abilities. Robust communication and relationship-building skills will help you build connections with participants and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain order and safety in the swimming area
• Deliver engaging swim lessons to all skill levels




• Foster effective communication with members
• React promptly to emergencies using learned practices
• Prepare and maintain recreational equipment

Requirements:
• National Lifeguard and Swim Instructor certifications are mandatory
• Standard First Aid with CPR-C and AED certification
• Passionate about creating inclusive aquatic experiences
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Flexible schedule availability
