Support School District No. 91 (Nechaco Lakes) as a Casual Administrative Assistant in the Burns Lake region. This role focuses on diverse administrative duties and effective office operations.

You will assist schools including Granisle, Grassy Plains, Decker Lake, and Francois Lake with clerical tasks in a casual capacity with no guaranteed hours. Applicants must have a Grade 12 diploma and prior relevant office experience. Responsibilities include managing reception, filing paperwork, and handling confidential information in an productive, organized manner.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform filing, photocopying, and maintain records
• Type reports, newsletters, and other correspondence
• Handle reception duties and safeguard confidentiality




• Facilitate fax communications and basic office tasks
• Offer bookkeeping assistance when required

Requirements:
• Completed Grade 12 (Dogwood Certificate)
• Administrative Assistant or Applied Business Technology certification
• At least one year of related office experience
• Familiarity with WHMIS 2015 safety procedures
• Completion of a Criminal Record Check through CRRP
