Key Responsibilities:
• Assess functional capabilities and develop individual therapy plans
• Evaluate home environments for safety and accessibility
• Monitor and document client progress accurately




• Train clients and caregivers on mobility techniques

Requirements:
• Must hold a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Preferred experience of two years in Occupational Therapy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
