Reporting to the Director of Health & Wellness, you'll implement care plans while building meaningful relationships with residents. This role involves observing health changes and preparing meals, necessitating a commitment to uphold Extendicare’s standards and ethics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Follow care plans set by supervisors for each resident
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily activities
• Report any health changes to the management




• Prepare and serve nutritious meals for residents
• Engage with residents’ families to address concerns

Requirements:
• Certification from a Health Care Aide program
• Proven experience caring for seniors
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of personal care responsibilities
• Ability to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check
