In this vital role, you'll be responsible for delivering enriching programs aligned with YMCA's mission. By guiding play-based learning, you will help children explore and develop socially, emotionally, and cognitively. Your focus on inclusivity and respectful communication with families is essential in creating a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver curriculum promoting holistic child development
• Facilitate fun and engaging activities for exploration
• Uphold principles of inclusion in all programming
• Manage conflicts using positive guidance strategies
• Foster daily communication with families

Requirements:
• Prior experience with children preferred
• Level 1, 2, or 3 Child Care Certification (or in progress)
• First Aid and CPR-C certification necessary
• Must explicit a Vulnerable Police Records Check
