Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate patrol and volunteer teams
• Ensure safety of guests and staff on the mountain
• Oversee hiring and training processes
• Conduct incident investigations as needed
• Ensure all necessary incident reports are complete

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of patrol experience
• Occupational First Aid Level 3 certification
• Completion of a recreational avalanche course
• Knowledge of Workers Compensation Act
• Must pass a criminal record check prior to start
