In this hands-on role, you will ensure the continuous operation of our facility while prioritizing safety. Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, engaging in detailed handovers, and conducting necessary maintenance checks. You will also participate in implementing improvements for optimal unit performance within a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate the unit and troubleshoot issues
• Monitor safety conditions and engage in problem-solving
• Complete routine maintenance and equipment checks




• Participate in Shift Starter meetings for effective operations
• Communicate schedule changes and updates to the team

Requirements:
• Completion of a CPET program or equivalent
• 4th class Operating Engineer Certification (TSSA) required
• Ability to work rotating shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Commitment to prioritize safety practices
