As a Maintenance Attendant, you’ll undertake a variety of responsibilities, from installing and maintaining HVAC systems to performing plumbing repairs. You'll play a vital role in preserving the environment of the resort and enhancing the guest experience through quality upkeep and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute diversified maintenance tasks across the resort
• Provide prompt emergency repairs as needed
• Read and interpret manuals for equipment maintenance
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks regularly
• Organize project resources and maintain detailed records
Requirements:
• 2-4 years' experience in relevant maintenance roles
• Trade certification or formal training is beneficial
• Familiarity with building trade tools and techniques
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to efficiently multi-task in quick-paced situations
