As a Cap Flasher at Flynn, you will install, fabricate, and repair a variety of metal flashing systems tailored to the needs of commercial and institutional buildings. Your role requires identifying existing issues in flashing and devising repair strategies to bolster the lifespan of the installations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install all types of metal roofing flashing systems
• Repair damaged or outdated flashing methods
• Diagnose flashing issues and suggest repairs

Requirements:
• Previous experience in flashing systems desirable
• Preferred RCABC ASM Level 1-3 certification
• Effective communication skills
