We are looking for a Senior Superintendent at Ledcor with a deep understanding of power utility construction. This role encompasses ensuring projects follow approved guidelines and leading the charge on safety and scheduling. You will be instrumental in mentoring project staff and collaborating with them to build successful teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guarantee project compliance with industry standards
• Spearhead Project Quality Plan and ensure its execution
• Coordinate construction schedules, addressing delays
• Support estimating teams with materials and timeline analysis
• Guide team members to meet operational goals
Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years in powerline construction
• 5+ years as a superintendent
• Relevant education in Construction or Engineering
• Expertise in project planning and problem-solving
• Proven experience in industrial or mining projects
