In this key position, you will assist the Branch Manager and Chief Estimator in managing significant construction projects. Your responsibilities will include devising schedules, organizing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Your extensive experience and communication abilities will be essential in building effective collaborations and driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all phases of construction projects seamlessly
• Develop and monitor project schedules and milestones




• Evaluate and mitigate risks throughout project execution
• Collaborate closely with clients and contractors
• Ensure compliance with all relevant construction standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related areas
• Minimum of 10 years in ICI Construction
• Experience managing large-scale projects exceeding $100M
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Procore
