Riverside Dental is looking for a motivated, reliable and friendly Dental Assistant to join our team!

The Position
As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentists and dental team to provide an efficient and positive patient experience.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting dentists during a variety of dental procedures
Preparing and setting up treatment rooms
Maintaining a clean, organized and properly stocked operatory
Sterilizing and maintaining dental instruments and equipment
Preparing materials and instruments for procedures
Taking and processing dental X-rays as required
Providing chairside support to dentists
Maintaining accurate patient records
Helping patients feel comfortable and welcome
Following all infection prevention and sterilization protocols
Working collaboratively with dentists, hygienists and administrative staff
What We Are Looking For
Dental assisting experience is an asset,
but training will be provided for the right candidate
Dental Assistant certification is an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional and positive attitude
Reliable, punctual and dependable
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed
A genuine interest in providing excellent patient care
