Job description

We are seeking a Casual Farmers Market Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing and enjoy interacting with people. You would be responsible for assisting customers, handling sales transactions, and promoting products in a farmers market setting. The position requires weekend work for our farmer's market season, along with casual hours for the upcoming holiday markets.

Qualifications
Previous retail/sales experience is a plus.
Be able to engage with customers to provide outstanding service and assistance.
Strong sales skills.
Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Advise customers of our processes (training provided) and provide samples of our different honeys.
Maintain a clean and organized market area.




Assist in restocking displays and monitoring inventory levels.
Communicate effectively with team members and management.
Hold a full G class license.

Physical Requirements
Be able to stand for prolonged periods.
Must be able to lift and move materials weighing up to 40 lbs.
Ability to bend, reach, and stoop as necessary.
