We are currently hiring Warehouse Auditors for a busy 3PL warehouse in South Calgary, AB. The successful candidates will be responsible for conducting cycle counts, verifying inventory accuracy, and investigating inventory discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
Perform regular cycle counts of products and inventory.
Verify product quantities and inventory accuracy.
Investigate and identify inventory discrepancies.
Compare physical inventory against system records.
Record and report discrepancies accurately.
Work with warehouse teams to resolve inventory issues.
Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records.
Follow all warehouse procedures and inventory control processes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
Perform other warehouse and auditing duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous experience in inventory control, auditing, cycle counting, or a warehouse environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to identify and investigate discrepancies.
Basic computer skills and ability to work with inventory systems.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Robust communication skills.
Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
