Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries to enhance their shopping experience
Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and credit card payments
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and properly priced
Conduct product demos when applicable, explaining features and perks to encourage sales
Upsell related products or services to maximize sales prospects while respecting customer preferences
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally,
aiming for quick resolution and satisfaction
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently and maintain a clean checkout area
Requirements
Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred, especially with POS systems and cash handling
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and giving correct change
Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of merchandising principles and familiarity with retail sales techniques
Technical sales experience or experience conducting product demos is advantageous but not required
