About the Role

Pinochio Crepes & Waffles is looking for a friendly, quick, and reliable Cashier / Food Prep Specialist to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll interact with customers, prepare food items, and help keep the store running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Cash Handling
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
Operate POS system and handle cash, debit, and credit transactions
Ensure a positive and welcoming customer experience

Food Preparation
Prepare crepes, waffles, beverages, and desserts according to brand standards
Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness procedures at all times
Assist with food prep, portioning, and restocking

Store Operations
Maintain cleanliness of front counter, prep area, and dining space




Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
Work collaboratively with team members during busy periods

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in food service or cashier role is an asset (not mandatory)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Availability for evenings and weekends
