This role will play a critical part in delivering strategic and financial insights to support decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong analytical and modeling skills, and brings a collaborative mindset to cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a key contributor in the preparation of strategic and financial insights, including annual budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and ad hoc financial analysis. Take primary ownership of Assets Under Management (AUM) reporting and other periodic Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting.
Maintain and enhance complex financial models to support ongoing business needs.




Manage and analyze large datasets from various internal sources to uncover insights and support business strategy.
Assist with research, quantitative analysis, and the creation of communication materials for senior management and other stakeholders.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with cross-functional teams including transactions, asset management, and property operations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
Designated CPA, CFA, and/or MBA strongly preferred
2–4 years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, accounting firm, or a similar setting
Experience in FP&A; or exposure to the financial services or real estate sector is an asset
Advanced Excel skills required; ability to build dynamic financial models strongly preferred
Experience with Power Query is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
