We are seeking a agile and skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our manufacturing team! In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities
Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide fabrication and welding processes.
Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding on various metals to create durable components.
Use plasma cutting tools, press brake machines, hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to shape and assemble parts accurately.
Measure materials with calipers and other precision tools to ensure exact specifications are met.
Rigging materials and equipment safely for lifting or positioning heavy components using cranes or forklifts.
Fabricate, structural frames, handrails or custom metal assemblies according to project requirements.




Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to all safety protocols related to welding, fabrication, and construction environments.

Skills
Proficiency in GMAW and FCAW welding techniques with a solid understanding of welding codes and safety standards.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
Experience with rigging operations, crane handling, forklift operation, and basic math for measurements and calculations.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly processes in manufacturing or construction settings.
Knowledge of schematics related to structural frameworks is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.

Pay: $20.42-$38.00 per hour
