POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are currently looking for a rental agent for our properties in Quartier Unilia in Laval. Are you a sales ace? Are you proactive and do you have creative ideas in terms of marketing and sales? We have the prospect for you!

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Carry out visits and negotiate rental contracts according to established policies, service offer and promotions, in conjunction with the property manager
Ensure follow-ups and inspections of vacant units so that they are ready and clean
Follow up on move-ins and move-outs
Follow up on prospects and complete the documents required for the rental
Input the necessary data at given time in Hopem
Issue rental activity reports and proceed with renewal requests, if necessary




Perform business development and develop new marketing strategies with management approval
Provide rental reports or other report requested by the building manager
Receive potential customers
Respond to current customers on pricing and lease terms
Respond to requests from existing tenants (questions, comments, service requests, etc.)

Administration
Provide a high level of customer service
Perform other related duties

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
High availability, evenings and weekends
Bilingualism
Good knowledge of the South Shore market
2 to 3 years of experience in a rental position in the real estate sector
