In this continuing full time role, you will leverage your experience in student development, leadership, and problem-solving to enhance retention for diverse learners. Three years of relevant experience and familiarity with African Nova Scotian communities is essential for this impactful position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate Early Alert and at-risk student interventions
• Monitor student academic progress and engagement
• Facilitate outreach connecting students to support resources




• Lead case conferences with faculty and support staff
• Research and implement recent retention initiatives

Requirements:
• University degree or relevant occupational experience
• Minimum three years in student support or community services
• Lived experience within African Nova Scotian or Black communities
• Solid analytical skills for data interpretation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student information systems
