This permanent position focuses on establishing and updating Health and Safety Management Plans within the Project Management Team. You will coordinate Health and Safety staff, conduct training sessions, and ensure the project teams understand safety policies. Requirements: - 10+ years in large construction project settings - 5+ years in health & safety leadership roles - Certified NCSO-IHSA or CRSP, or US equivalent - Solid communication and leadership skills - Familiarity with high-risk operational settings
