As a Claims Adjuster at HSB Canada, you'll take on a vital role in the investigation and adjustment of specialized personal lines claims. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full lifecycle of claims from initiation to settlement
• Collaborate with insureds to guide resolution effectively
• Negotiate settlements and solve complex issues
• Advise insureds on claim-related inquiries promptly
• Ensure compliance with established company standards
Requirements:
• University degree or CIP designation (completed/in progress)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in personal property claims
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset
• Cyber claims experience preferred
• Valid Adjuster License for additional provinces is a plus
