Trekor is looking for an experienced Health and Safety Superintendent to join its team. In this full-time leadership position, you will be responsible for upholding safety standards, conducting risk assessments, and mentoring health and safety staff. Your role is essential in supporting a culture of proactive safety and regulatory compliance at the Gibraltar Mine.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the Health and Safety team’s daily operations
• Develop and maintain safety management systems
• Conduct safety training and promote staff development




• Review compliance with regulatory health standards
• Lead investigations and ensure quality corrective actions

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Health and Safety discipline
• 10+ years of mining health and safety experience
• Solid knowledge of compliance regulations
• Excellent leadership and coaching capabilities
• Surface Mine Rescue certification is a plus
