• Oversee operational risks and client SLAs




• Lead training initiatives for Client Services Managers
• Prepare periodic board reports and monitor KPIs

Requirements:
• Relevant university degree with 7+ years of experience
• 2+ years in leadership roles within the financial sector
• Deep knowledge of hedge fund operations
• Robust business process and accounting expertise
• Advanced skills in Microsoft applications
