Enhance the quality of life for residents at Comox Valley Seniors Village as a Temporary Licensed Practical Nurse. This three-month term offers you the chance to lead care efforts while ensuring resident rights and holistic wellness.

At Retirement Concepts and West Coast Seniors Housing Management, we treat our staff and residents like family. As an LPN, you will be responsible for coordinating care delivery, administering medications, and maintaining individual care plans. Your role as a team leader involves collaborating across disciplines for optimal resident care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and assess resident-centered care plans
• Coordinate with care staff on treatment strategies
• Document and report any changes in residents’ health




• Participate in orientation and staff development programs
• Maintain an understanding of emergency procedures

Requirements:
• Approved Practical Nursing program graduation
• Current LPN license from BCCNM
• Valid Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification
• Experience in long-term care settings is beneficial
• Ability to pass the required Criminal Record Check
