This role offers the chance to impact the future of HDR’s operations across five offices in Western Canada, overseeing more than 120 professionals. Your responsibilities will include shaping the work setting, implementing operational plans, and driving profitability through strategic partnerships in key sectors like Transportation and Water. You’ll have a vital role in representing HDR and sustaining productive relationships with clients and community stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead operations in partnership with business group leaders
• Foster a collaborative workplace culture
• Engage in strategic client development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with business unit policies
• Track financial projections and oversee budgets effectively
Requirements:
• 15+ years of relevant management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Professional, Engineering, or related field
• Familiarity with contract negotiations exceeding $5M
• Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning skills
• Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
